Concrete Mixer Batch Plant
2021.07.14
Concrete mixer batch plant is a complete set of mechanical equipment for mixing concrete. The specifications of the concrete mixer plant are named according to the size of the output, the compulsory mixing host used and the composition of the equipment. Take HZS series concrete batching plant as example, group code HZ is a concrete mixing plant, HL is a concrete mixing station; the mixer type code S is a double horizontal shaft type, D is a single horizontal shaft type, T is a planetary type, W is a vortex slurry type, and F is a conical inclined discharge type, Z is a cone dump type. The numeric parameter code is productivity, and the unit is m3/h; for example HZS120 is a concrete mixer plant with a discharge of 120 cubic meters per hour, and the main machine used is a two-horizontal shaft forced type. At present, the concrete batch plants with common specifications are: HZS25, HZS35, HZS50, HZS60, HZS75, HZS90, HZS120, HZS150, HZS180, HZS240, etc.
In fact, a HZS180 concrete mixer batch plant production line can not produce 180m3 of concrete per hour under normal circumstances. It is stipulated in GB/T10171 that if a forced concrete mixer is used in a periodic concrete mixing plant, the number of working cycles is: when the main machine is 1.5m3~2m3, it should be ≥40 times/h. Take HZS120 concrete batching plant with a 2m3 concrete mixing machine as an example. The low output should be ≥80m3/h, and when the mixing host is larger than 2m3 to 4m3, it should be≥35 times/h.
The product of the concrete mixer batch plant is ready-mixed (fresh) concrete. The so-called ready-mixed concrete refers to the untamped and qualified homogeneous concrete produced by the concrete mixing plant, which is generally called commercial concrete. The so-called homogeneous concrete refers to the concrete in which the relative error of the mortar density in concrete is not more than 0.8%, and the relative error of the coarse aggregate quality in unit volume of concrete is not more than 5%.
