1.Mixing system
The stirring system of the concrete mixer is composed of an electric motor, a pulley, a speed reducer, an open gear, a mixer drum stirring device and an oil supply device. The stirring blade equipped on horizontally stirring shafts in the mixing drum, side blades are respectively placed on the stirring arms to scrape off the concrete on the side.
2. Unloading system
The unloading system consists of a discharge door and a manual operation lever for unloading. If an electric push rod is installed, it can be operated at a long distance. The discharge door is installed at the bottom of the twin shaft concrete mixer, and the motorized discharge is realized by the electric push rod. The support of the electric push rod is mounted on the chassis, and limit switch is arranged on the left and right of the discharge door to control the opening and closing position of the discharge door, and the sealing of the discharge door can be ensured by adjusting the position of the sealing strip.
3. Loading system
The loading system of the concrete mixer consists of roll field mechanism, loading rack, hopper and feed nozzle. The brake motor drives the reel to rotate through the reducer, and the wire rope climbs up along the track of the loading frame through the pulley pulling hopper. When climbing to a certain height, a pair of rollers on the bottom door of the hopper enters the upper frame horizontally, and the door automatically opens. The material is fed into the mixing drum of the concrete mixer through the feed nozzle.
4. Water supply system
The water supply system is composed of water pump, throttle valve, cleaning device and shower device. The throttle valve can adjust the amount of water in the double shaft concrete mixer, and the total amount of water supply has time to be electrically adjusted.
5. Electrical system
The electrical system is equipped with circuit breakers, fuses, relays, short-circuit protection and overload protection. All control buttons and indicator lights are placed on the distribution box door, door lock and a protective door outside the button are also equipped.
