In construction site and on the road, we often see the figure of the concrete mixer trucks. For the concrete mixing and transmit of our house construction, its contribution is indispensable. The concrete mixer trucks are also called as concrete transit mixer truck according to the function. The construction engineers need to consider the following points in selecting such engineering equipment.
1. The pouring elements
The selection of the concrete mixer truck should be considered in accordance with the project object, characteristics, and the required maximum transport distance, construction plan and specific conditions.
2. Type and structure of the building
The performance of the concrete mixer trucks is different depending on the models. When selecting the model, besides of the pouring amount, the type and structure of the building, construction technical requirements, site conditions and environment should also be considered. Generally, the main performance parameters of the selected concrete mixer truck should be consistent with the construction requirements or slightly larger. If the capacity is too large, the utilization rate is too low, if it is too small, it not only can not meet the requirements, but also will accelerate the loss of the concrete truck mixer.
3. Construction business volume
The number of concrete mixer trucks used can be calculated based on the amount of pouring, the actual delivery volume of the single vehicle and the construction work time.
