The method for preheating the concrete pump trucks

Before the concrete pump trucks are put into use, they need to be preheated first. The preheating of concrete pump truck is mainly about the operation on the pumps. The hydraulic system on the concrete pump truck generally has four kinds of hydraulic pumps, which are the main oil pump, the pressure pump, the stirring pump and the boom pump. Divided from the working principle of the hydraulic pump, except that the stirring pump belongs to the gear pump, the other three types of pumps belong to the swash plate plunger pump. In comparison, swashplate piston pumps perform better than gear pumps and are more sophisticated and more expensive, so they should be given more attention. In the preheating period, the main pump must be kept running.
The working principle of the swash plate plunger pump of concrete pump truck is relatively complex. Simply speaking, a plurality of plungers are pulled by a swash plate, and the reciprocating motion in the plunger body achieves the purpose of pumping oil. Then, when the hydraulic oil has a low temperature and a large viscosity, the reciprocating motion of the plunger in the plunger body must cause poor lubrication due to the phenomenon of air suction, thereby causing serious wear of the plunger and the plunger body. Therefore, if the viscosity of the hydraulic oil is high in the early stage of preheating, keep the main oil pump running at idle, that is, the swash plate of the hydraulic pump is perpendicular to the axial direction of the hydraulic pump, which can be maximized to reduce the degree of wear of the plunger and the plunger body.
