Mobile mini batching plant is a kind of concrete production equipment which centralizes the material storage, weighing, conveying, mixing, discharging and full-automatic control system of the concrete batching plant with a trailer unit.

 

 

Mobile mini batching plant is mainly composed of the following parts:

- Host chassis: a cantilever-shaped mixing host chassis, the chassis contains a trailer truck towing pins, parking legs and other components. Chassis placed on the mixer, cement and water additives measuring scale, the periphery is attached to the inspection platform, railings and so on.

- Control room: the control room is at the bottom of the chassis of the main engine, and it is equipped with the automatic control system of the mobile concrete batching plant. The control system is the same as that of the stationary concrete batching plant. The control room serves as the front support point of the whole concrete batching plant when it is in working condition, and when it is being transferred to another site for transportation, the control room is put away and stored in the inner space of the support, and all the control lines do not need to be dismantled.

- Aggregate Batching and Measuring System: This system is located at the back end of the whole concrete batching plant, and the upper part is the aggregate (sand, stone) storage hopper, which can be divided into 2 or 4 compartments, and set up the heightening plate to increase the storage capacity. Aggregate metering for a variety of materials cumulative measurement, the bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and working frame legs.

- Belt conveyor frame: the frame is a truss structure connecting the chassis of the main machine and the batching frame of the aggregate, and the belt conveyor frame is installed inside, so that the main machine frame, the belt conveyor frame and the batching frame are integrated to form the main structure of the whole mobile concrete batching plant.

- Peripheral parts: including cement silo and screw conveyor, these parts are integral parts no matter working or transportation, no need to disassemble, so they can be transported, disassembled and assembled as a whole.

- Mixing machine: The mixing machine is the core equipment for concrete production, usually adopting JS type forced mixer or drum mixing machine, which can quickly and uniformly mix and complete the fluidity and dry hard concrete.
